I. Formation of the Agreement and Scope of Application

This Agreement constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and the Platform regarding the use of the Platform’s services.

This Agreement applies to all your activities conducted through the Platform via web, mobile devices, applications, mini-programs, or other access methods.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please immediately stop the registration process or discontinue use of the Platform’s services.

Information displayed on the Platform regarding products, services, prices, and logistics timelines is for reference only and does not constitute binding commitments by the Platform.

The Platform reserves the right to adjust or add service content at any time based on business needs, without prior consent from users.

IV. User Rights and Obligations

(1) User Rights

Users have the right to use the Platform’s functions and services in accordance with platform rules.

Users have the right to submit reasonable suggestions or feedback regarding the Platform’s services.

(2) User Obligations

Users shall comply with applicable laws, regulations, and all rules published by the Platform.

Users shall not use the Platform for any illegal, non-compliant activities or actions that infringe upon the lawful rights and interests of others.

Users shall bear full responsibility for all actions and consequences arising from their activities on the Platform.

V. Platform Rights and Special Powers (Important)

To ensure normal platform operations and protect overall user interests, the Platform reserves the following rights:

Account Management Rights
The Platform may take actions such as warnings, function restrictions, account suspension, banning, or service termination against abnormal or non-compliant accounts without prior notice.

Content Management Rights
The Platform may review, delete, block, or restrict the display of user-generated content without providing specific reasons.

Rule Interpretation Rights
The Platform reserves the final right to interpret this Agreement and related rules.

Service Adjustment Rights
The Platform may adjust, upgrade, or suspend platform functions, services, or page structures based on operational needs.

Risk Control Rights
If the Platform determines that user behavior poses transaction, compliance, or other risks, it may take necessary restrictive measures.

Data and Technical Rights
All platform systems, data structures, page designs, algorithms, and related technical achievements are the property of the Platform.

VI. Transaction and Logistics Disclaimer

The Platform does not guarantee the quality, fulfillment capability, or logistics services of third-party merchants.

Delivery timelines may be affected by logistics methods, customs policies, weather conditions, ports, or other force majeure factors, and the Platform shall not be liable for delays.

The Platform shall not be liable for losses caused by third parties or force majeure, but may provide reasonable assistance with coordination.

VII. Third-Party Services

Certain services on the Platform may be provided by third parties, including but not limited to payment, logistics, and communication services.

The security, stability, and legality of third-party services are the sole responsibility of the respective third parties.

The Platform shall not be liable for disputes arising from the use of third-party services.

VIII. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

IX. Modification and Termination of the Agreement

The Platform reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time based on operational needs.

Revised agreements take effect upon publication, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

If a user violates this Agreement, the Platform may unilaterally terminate services.

X. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, execution, and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved primarily through amicable negotiation between the parties.

XI. Miscellaneous

The invalidity of any provision of this Agreement shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

Matters not covered herein shall be governed by the Platform’s relevant rules.
